1. Objectives
This policy aims to- Promote an honest and respectful school environment
- Raise students’ awareness of ethical principles in education
- Prevent dishonest behaviors such as plagiarism, cheating, and falsification
- Encourage good research and citation practices
2. Expected Behaviors
Students are expected to:- Complete their work personally and independently, unless otherwise instructed by the teacher
- Properly cite all sources used (books, articles, websites, etc.) according to the guidelines given
- Not copy or submit someone else’s work as their own (plagiarism)
- Not cheat during assessments or assist another student in cheating
- Demonstrate transparency in all academic work
3. Violations and Consequences
Any violation of the school integrity policy may result in:- Cancellation of the work in question
- A grade of zero for the assignment or assessment
- A written warning or communication with parents
- In case of repeated offenses, more serious disciplinary actions may be applied
4. Educational Support
The school commits to:- Informing and educating students about academic integrity at the start of the school year
- Providing tools and resources to help students learn how to cite sources correctly
- Offering guidance to prevent unintentional mistakes
