Homework Policy

At Star Light School, homework is an integral part of the learning process. It allows students to strengthen their knowledge, develop autonomy, and prepare for upcoming lessons.

Students’ Responsibilities

• Complete homework carefully and within the deadlines set by the teacher.
• Bring all the necessary materials required to submit the homework (notebooks, papers, etc.).
• Follow the instructions provided (format, content, length, presentation).
• In case of absence, find out what homework needs to be done.

Teachers’ Role

• Provide clear instructions, appropriate to the student’s level.
• Ensure a balanced homework load.
• Review homework and give constructive feedback.

Parents’ Role

• Encourage the student to complete homework independently.
• Provide a home environment that is conducive to study.
• Check that homework is done without doing it for the student.
