Grading Policy
Our grading policy outlines the criteria for assessing student performance in each subject area. It includes information on grading scales, assessments, and reporting periods.
a. Grading Scales
Kindergarten – Grade 2:
- O – Outstanding: Student consistently exceeds grade-level objectives
- S – Satisfactory: Student consistently meets grade-level objectives
- P – Progressing: Student shows inconsistent performance on grade-level objectives
- N – Needs Improvement: Student experiences difficulty meeting grade-level standards
- U – Unsatisfactory: Student does not meet grade-level standards and objectives
- F – Fail: Not evaluated at this time
Grades 3 – 12:

Parents will report to school to sign the report. For middle school and high school students, report cards will be mailed home.
